International best practice blended learning for disadvantaged and vulnerable VET learners
This Fellowship identified international examples of successful responses to blended learning, especially to support disadvantaged and vulnerable [vocational education and training] VET learners. Research was conducted at Temasek Polytechnic Singapore, Mauritius Institute of Training and Development (MITD) and RMIT College of Vocational Education; all three institutions are members of the UNESCO-UNEVOC network with success in applying blended learning.
