Who doesn't go to post-secondary education?
This study was designed to develop a better understanding of the characteristics of the young people who do not pursue post-secondary education (PSE) directly after leaving secondary school, and the factors that shaped their decision making. Quantitative and qualitative data were used in this study. The findings have been divided into three sections: (1) the flow of students from secondary school to PSE; (2) characteristics of those who do not go to PSE; and, (3) decision making related to PSE.
