The effect of a mentoring program on Indigenous apprenticeship completion in Queensland

This paper provides an analysis of completions and cancellations from apprenticeship training contracts in Queensland, focusing on the differences between Indigenous apprentices with and without a mentor. Interest lies in this topic because of the observed high cancellation rate among apprentices, and the generally higher rate for Indigenous apprentices.
