Women in non-traditional fields: guidelines for action from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka
The policy recommendations in this discussion paper, concerning the diversification of women’s training and employment have been drawn from a series of national workshops (see TD/APSDIN 29.08) held in 1989 and 1990.
The strategy developed under the project entailed an investigation of the problem and possible solutions from the perspective of those interest groups best placed to bring about change.
