Continuing education in Bangladesh: the lessons of experience

Continuing education in Bangladesh is a mass education program. Its primary aim is to develop participants’ skills to help them increase their income. The program targets neo-literate people; those who became literate by completing a basic literacy course. It is a lifelong process involving several components.
