This UK report is based on findings from two surveys, one of more than 1,000 employers and one of 500 employers, as well as in-depth interviews with senior managers in 12 organisations. It provides early insights into employers' views on the apprenticeship levy and the likely effect of the levy on apprenticeship numbers and quality, as well as on wider skills development within both levy-paying and non-levy paying organisations.
