Life Development Corporation (LDC) (NZ) Ltd has opted to pursue the ISO 9000 series of Quality standards and since the company's establishment in 1991, a steady flow of resources has been channelled into the achievement of formal ISO certificated status. Quality is a journey and this paper presents what we at LDC (NZ) Ltd believe have been milestones in our journey. This paper is not presented to you as a description of what you should do to achieve quality in your organisations.
