Recognition of prior learning: implications for women

This report represents the findings and analysis of the RPL Implications for Women Project, in women's skill recognition and access to training. This is a national project undertaken as part of the National Plan of Action for Women in TAFE (NPAWT). The implications for women of the RPL model of assessment were examined and a national approach to RPL implementation for women has been recommended.
