On-line learning: case studies of the corporate experience

This document reports on a research study involving four case studies of e-learning in corporations (Qantas College Online, ANZ eTrain, FORDSTAR, and Thiess). E-learning is defined as technology-assisted instruction incorporating a broad set of applications and processes such as Web-based learning, computer-based learning, virtual classrooms, and digital collaboration.
