This report provides an overview of key policy developments in education, training and employment in Belarus. EU-Belarus cooperation has been evolving since February 2016, when the European Union (EU) lifted most of its sanctions against the country. The EU financed a technical assistance project on employment, and vocational education and training (VET) was launched in spring 2017 and was registered with the government a year later, in April 2018.
