A fine balance: combining study and part-time work
This paper looks at how young people make the transition from school to the world of work, and whether part-time employment while studying has a positive or negative effect on their life after school. It uses research based on the Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY) to compare male and female students at various year levels.
