Mental health articulation between VET providers and universities report

The Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council (CS&H ISC) conducted a project to support mental health sector workforce development through sustainable vocational education and training (VET) and higher education articulation strategies. CS&H ISC commissioned the Western Research Institute (WRI) to conduct the education sector research on articulation strategies. In particular the research has addressed: (1) clarification and expansion of existing articulation arrangements identified in the scoping report, among VET and higher education institutions nationally; (2) development of two case studies detailing the education institutions’ articulation arrangements; and (3) development of a strategy for mapping/understanding content of VET qualifications and higher education offerings including unpacking relevant units of competency. This report, part of a set of four, summarises the results of the education sector research.
