Vocational education and training in Kenya: lessons for others

Development of vocational education and training (VET) in Kenya is looked at from three levels; the past, present and the future directions. A brief historical discussion will form a basis for understanding the trends in Kenya’s VET. A discussion of the current state of affairs will highlight the main issues that are at play in Kenya’s VET sector.
