School-to-work transition programs are critical for sustainable self-employability of high school pre-vocational graduates. The ex post facto study determined explanatory and predictor variables for sustainable self-employability of pre-vocational agriculture program graduates. A survey instrument was prepared and tested for validity and reliability. Respondents believe the program was relevant to self-employment.
