Cost benefit analysis of the National Career Development Strategy
This report presents the outcomes of the fourth and final element of the National Career Development Strategy (NCDS) research project. It addresses the following research question: Given recommendations developed in element three for improvement to career development nationally and options for a national strategy for career development for young people, develop a cost benefit analysis that shows the advantages and disadvantages to the Australian economy of a particular approach to career development for all young Australians.
