The [Coronavirus Disease 2019] COVID-19 crisis is having unequal impacts on the labour force with low-paid workers suffering the most. The forced shutdowns have halted the delivery of most personal services, which had been the major source of growth in employment for lower-skilled and lower-paid workers over the past decade.
