This analysis provides an overview of the current practices and mechanisms on skills needs identification and matching, in the six South Eastern European (SEE) countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
