Perspectives for European e-learning businesses: markets, technologies and strategies

The purpose of this report is to provide accurate and reliable information on the strengths and potentials of e-learning markets outside traditional education. One of the main areas addressed in the report is the need for increased training of e-learning training professionals, looking beyond technical skills to consider practical teaching methods and trainers' abilities in a pedagogical environment.
