Unequal opportunity: how jobs are changing in cities
In this report, the authors propose that globalisation and technological change are changing the nature of jobs available in UK cities, with impacts for both the individuals working and living in them and the wider city economy. Cities have seen their labour market polarise between high and low paid jobs, while employment in middle-income professions has fallen.
