Hard to get a break?: hours, leave and barriers to re-entering the Australian workforce
In this paper, the authors argue that millions of Australian workers can't get the break they need - whether it be getting enough work, breaking back into the workforce or taking a break from overwork. This is making people sick and leading to less productive and enjoyable workplaces.
