Keeping death out of the curriculum: workbased learning through scenario methodology in emergency services

This paper looks at the use of simulation in training programs where more direct forms of workbased learning may not be practical or safe. It uses the New South Wales (NSW) Fire Brigades as a case study and explores their use of simulation as part of an executive development program.
