Report of survey on the school-to-work transition in Indonesia
This report presents the results of a survey of over 2000 young people and 90 enterprises in Jakarta, Central Java, and Nusa Tenggara Timur. It covers education and training received by the young people, job aspirations and employment searching, working conditions and mobility, and perceptions of gender roles. The report focuses on the school-to-work transition of Indonesian youth, with the aim of identifying critical issues and suggesting policy actions.
