Abstract:

This suite of resources articulates the key components of best practice for supporting the transition from school to employment for young adults with disability in Australia, based on the best available evidence. It contains: a rapid review of the literature; guidance for practice leaders; a guide for workers; a guide for young people with disability who want to work; and a poster.
