Training and Skills Commission annual report [2003-2020]

The Training and Skills Commission (the Commission) began operations on 1 July 2003, under new legislation, the 'Training and Skills Development Act 2003' (the Act). The Act charges the Commission with wide roles in planning, policy and regulation of vocational and adult community education and training, and promoting links between these and the schooling and university sectors of education. The Commission also advises on the links between employment policy and programs.
