Tasmanian Learning and Skills Authority annual report [2005, 2006]
The Tasmanian Learning and Skills Authority was established under Section 6(1) of the Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 and commenced operations on 1 January 2005. It replaced the Tasmanian State Training Authority (TASTA) and assumed new functions and powers to reflect its broader responsibilities under a post-year 10 education and training banner.
