CIPD Good Work Index 2020: UK Working Lives survey
The CIPD Good Work Index provides an annual snapshot of job quality in the UK, giving insight to drive improvement to working lives. CIPD has used the survey to measure job quality since 2018, surveying more than 5,000 workers across different sectors and occupations. Each year, the survey asks about key aspects of their work and employment. Among other things, the data reveals a worrying drop in health and wellbeing over the last three years and highlights that some jobs are clearly better than others.
