Australian Core Skills Framework: WELL case study
The Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL program) was an Australian Government initiative that provided funding to employers to develop their employees' language and literacy skills. This case study demonstrates using the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) in the WELL program. The focus of the case study is a training program established as a result of an aged care facility having identified a need to improve the communication skills of its personal care staff.
