The right to literacy: the rhetoric, the romance, the reality: 1992 national conference, University of Sydney, 9-11 October 1992: conference papers

The 16th Australian Council for Adult Literacy (ACAL) conference was held in Sydney from 9-11 October 1992. The conference proceedings is presented in three volumes. Keynote addresses and the papers from the plenary are in volume one. Volume two contains papers from workshops with a more national focus. Volume three (indexed in VOCEDplus at TD/TNC 129.419) is a special edition of 'Literacy and numeracy exchange' and contains papers written by New South Wales practitioners.
