[This] project examined current use of the [Australian Core Skills Framework] ACSF in literacy and numeracy programs in Tasmania, in particular the Employer Pledge Program (now known as the 26TEN Grants Program - Employer Stream). The core of the project was to explore options and make recommendations on how to report progress at finer gradations of the ACSF rather than measuring by whole levels alone.
