Over the past three years, a wide variety of unusually large number of organizations have adopted a 'college completion agenda' to significantly increase the number of adults in the United States who have earned a post-secondary credential. This paper is intended as a guide to the myriad college completion initiatives that have arisen in recent years. First and foremost, it will help answer the 'Who? What?
