Part-time work experience of university students and their career development
This research utilized questionnaire survey data acquired from students at national universities in Japan to establish the relationship between qualitative aspects (job characteristics and behaviors in engaging in work) and quantitative aspects (hours worked) of Arubaito (part-time work) held by university students, and their career development while at university.
