Graduate recruitment to SMEs: final report
This report assesses current patterns of graduate recruitment to small businesses. It also looks at whether and how these affect the performance and growth of small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). The report considers whether the current situation is problematic. It also identifies a number of strategies that might be used to encourage higher levels of recruitment. In particular, it reviews the potential benefits of a recruitment website.
