Abstract:

This paper investigates support models for supporting disadvantaged learners and job seekers in the education, training and employment sectors. This research was commissioned by NVEAC [National VET Equity Advisory Council] to assist with its identification of preferred models of support for disadvantaged learners in the VET [vocational education and training] sector.
