A model for managing elearning delivery

The Flexible Delivery Business Planning Framework provides a logical framework for analysing and developing a business case for a flexible delivery solution. It was used for market analysis, planning and evaluating the e-department model that Riverina Institute of TAFE (RIT) developed as part of this case study. Selected questions in each phase of the planning framework supported the development of a business case for the e-department.
