Equipped for the future: tools and standards for building and assessing quality adult literacy programs
This report presents results from interviews with a sampling of experienced Equipped for the Future (EFF) users. Chapter one provides background and context for this study. Chapter two offers facts and figures from synthesised from the interviews.
