Abstract:

‘Training journal’, first published in 1964 as ‘Training officer’, is a monthly magazine that provides current and practical information for those involved in workplace learning, training and development in the UK. Its aim is to support individuals with their continuing professional development. Written by trainers, the feature articles in each issue contain ideas and techniques that have been proven to work.
