Youth Opportunity Grant Initiative: impact and synthesis report

In 2000, the Employment and Training Administration (DOLETA) awarded grants to provide comprehensive services, including education, employment, support, and leadership development, for at-risk youths aged 14-21 years in 36 high poverty urban, rural, and Native American reservation communities. The grants ranged from $3 million to $44 million over five years (2000 to 2005).
