Evaluating the Early Years Sector Endorsed Foundation Degree: a qualitative study of employers' and mentors' experiences

Foundation degrees (FDs) were established as a pathway for people within the workplace to build on existing expertise and continue working at the same time as studying for a higher level qualification. One of the FDs developed was in the Early Years (EY) sector.
