The systems approach as a catalyst for creating an effective learning environment for adults in part-time distance learning
This article presents the systems approach to designing instructional programs to show how it can be used to create effective learning environments for adult learners, using the example of learners in Swaziland who were beneficiaries of the outcome when instructional systems design (ISD) and adult learning theories were merged.
