Abstract:

Informal learning is defined as the learning that takes place in the work context, relates to an individual's performance of their job and/or their employability, and which is not formally organised into a program or curriculum by the employer. It may be recognised or unrecognised by the parties involved and may or may not be specifically encouraged.
