Workplace literacy: issues and trends in Aotearoa/New Zealand

The relatively new domain of workplace literacy education is likely to be less familiar territory. This chapter aims to introduce readers to this developing arena of literacy practice, by exploring the context which gave rise to its existence and by reflecting on some of the issues its existence has highlighted.
