Abstract:

This report presents the findings of the investigation into the quality and effectiveness of the traineeship program in Queensland, with particular regard to those programs which are delivered fully on-the-job, and to provide recommendations to the Government on measures by which the quality and effectiveness of the program might be improved. The report provides a detailed analysis and assessment of the traineeship system as a system and of its individual components.
