This resource was written to assist team leaders of non English speaking background to develop their communication and leadership skills. Learners should take approximately 50-60 hours to work through all the materials. The four self-contained units cover: teams and team leaders (including what they are, leadership styles, motivation and delegation); time management (including recognising time management problems and using planning tools); team interaction and communication (including meetings, assertiveness, negotiation and reporting); and organisational structures and procedures.
