The curriculum system of higher vocational education should be established based on professional properties, and simultaneously attaches high importance to the training of personnel professional ability. The core of personnel training lies in the construction of the curriculum system. In this paper, the current situation of the curriculum system of higher vocational education is discussed, the problems and weaknesses in the system are introduced, and also the idea of necessarily making an optimization after the construction of the curriculum system is demonstrated if personnel with professional skills are intended to train successfully. Therefore, a conclusion is reached that the key to optimizing the curriculum system lies in teaching innovation, promoting the reform of vocational education courses, and propelling vocational schools to attain a healthy development in the training of personnel professional ability.
