Reasons for new apprentices' non-completions
The purpose of this study was to explore the behavioural factors which might explain why non-completions might be higher among trainees than among apprentices and what causes a non-completion. The focus was on both elements of the new apprenticeship, the contract of employment as well as the contract of training.
