The author's goal is to draw attention to evaluation in both theoretical and empirical terms as a quality development strategy in continuing vocational training. The author elaborates on the different tasks this method can accomplish in the everyday work of professional continuing vocational training. Various quality assurance strategies are analysed. The author presents a practice-oriented concept of evaluation as an independent quality strategy. An interpretation of the results of a pilot project is used as the basis for a differentiated application of the method. Show less
