TAFE Industry Skill Centres: consultation paper

Plan for Jobs [indexed in VOCEDplus at TD/TNC 130.615] aims to transform TAFE colleges into one-stop-shop Industry Skill Centres. Under the plan TAFE will continue to deliver high quality training through its campuses across WA as well as offering additional services to meet the needs of local employers and industry. The ISCs will engage with business networks, and small business, to identify workforce development needs and offer training solutions. Additionally, they will provide a range of services to students and the community including career development advice and support. The Board is seeking input from stakeholders to inform the development and implementation of the TAFE ISCs.

The submission period closed on 15 September 2017.
