Abstract:

Victoria needs the right people and the right skills in place to support the state's transition to a clean economy. This strategy is a 10-year planning and investment framework to prepare the state's workforce for a net zero future. It provides a foundation for the training pathways needed to meet the growing demand for skills as Victoria moves towards net-zero emissions by 2045.
