Abstract:

Purpose: This study aims to assess the factors that can affect the turnover intention of millennial talents working in the Indonesian manufacturing industry. Design/methodology/approach: This work analyzes 115 responses from millennial talents working in the Indonesian manufacturing industry on the issue of turnover intention.
