Supervision plays an important role in efforts to deal with the dynamics and demands of teacher competence. For this reason, this study aims to examine the supervision of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the city of Padang, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Descriptive qualitative method is used in this study with the Mile and Huberman model which has the stages of collection, reduction, display and verification.
